The white building in the distance is The Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club clubhouse. Boating clubs are an old Bermudian tradition dating back centuries (Bermuda's been a colony since the late 15th Century). At last count there were over 10,000 watercraft registered to operate in Bermuda's waters.
