The light-brown strip in the photo' above is the grass-and-sand runway at Monapo mission station. If you look closely you can see a plume of dust between the compass at top of the screen and the aircraft's glare shield. The dust is being kicked up by the mission stations Land Rovers speeding out to the strip to meet Phil and Rick.
