Gary headed up the flight training programme at PBI before returning to Africa to manage MAF of Canada's operation in Lubango, Angola. All told, Gary and his wife have served with MAFC as missionaries for a quarter century. Richard Ebel and his young family served with MAF Australia for four years before returning to Canada for further training at the PBI facility. After Rick was involved in a motor vehicle accident, Richard took over Rick's recruitment portfolio. As of January 2006 Richard and his family accepted a new flight posting with MAF in Papua New Guinea.
